CHSH\u2019s Antitrust Law Group would like to cordially invite the readers of this blog to the presentation of a new book<\/a>\u00a0that was written by eminent antitrust law experts and edited by CHSH\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n

The book is published by Wolters Kluwer, and its editor-in-chief is Tam\u00e1s Polauf, who is one of the partners in CHSH Dezs\u0151 & Partners, the winner of Wolters Kluwer\u2019s 2017 Antitrust Team of the Year Award. The contributing authors are prominent Hungarian and international experts of antitrust and civil law, including M\u00e1rton Kocsis, the leading antitrust expert of CHSH\u2019s Antitrust Law Group.<\/p>\n

The book is intended serve as guidance to the members of a wider audience who apply the law (judges, lawyers and other experts) and to litigants by giving an overview of private antitrust litigation and by offering a practical approach to the most important aspects of this issue. This practical approach is also reflected in the chapters written by the international authors, who describe the practices of jurisdictions where private antitrust litigation is a more widely used form of legal recourse. The international authors of the book are practicing lawyers and partners of some of Europe\u2019s leading law firms, including Simone Kohnz from Berlin, Sarah Beeston from Amsterdam and Jason Woodland from London.<\/p>\n

The editors of the book wish to showcase the book in a brief conference where the authors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with distinguished antitrust law experts and other members of the target audience (corporate leaders and corporate lawyers).<\/p>\n

The presentation will be held in Ceremonial Hall (D\u00edszterem) of P\u00e1zm\u00e1ny P\u00e9ter Catholic University Law School<\/strong> (1088 Budapest, Szentkir\u00e1lyi u. 28-30.) between 9 am <\/strong>and 1 pm<\/strong> on 11 April<\/strong> 2018.<\/p>\n
